To place an order: Call our toll free number (866) 518-9890 or (714) 525-8511 or fax it to (714) 441-2294. We are located at 679 S State College Blvd, Unit A, Fullerton, CA 92831. With your opening order you must include a copy of your current re-sale license or a business license from your state.
Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. COD on approval.
Minimums: Order minimum is $250.00 on your opening order, you can re-order as needed but there will be a $7.50 charge for any orders under the $250.00 minimum.
Returns: Any problems with your shipment (shortages, damaged goods, etc...) must be
reported within five days. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization.
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made with our office.
Backorders: We automatically backorder any item not shipped.
Drop Ship Program:
• Service charge of $7.50 per order regardless if the order is shipped to your customer or to you.
• Credit card kept on file and all charges are done at time of shipping.
• You must have your own UPS account and freight charges are applied directly to your account. We will use USPS depending on need.
• Images are provided in a large format.
• No minimum on drop shipments.
• No verbal orders accepted. E-mail or fax only.
• Returns only for manufacturers defects. All other must be handled by web retailer.
